- Ensure a safe working environment for everyone by maintaining safe working practices at all times, upholding compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures, and ensuring all team members have completed the necessary Health & Safety training.

About the role:
As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking a driven and dynamic Nights Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help propel our success even further.
In this key role, reporting to the Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your warehouse/logistics and operational team management experience will help us meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and drive operational efficiency. 📅 Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday
🕒 Hours: 01:00am - 09:30am
💰 Salary: £33,000 per annum
What you’ll be doing:

What we need from you:
Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced Warehouse, Distribution or Logistics environment, and understanding of operational challenges is desired.
A valid Forklift Licence is required.
Experience in a supervisory role, successfully motivating and managing teams to achieve performance targets.
