We work closely with hundreds of manufacturing partners around the world to create innovative products at scale with less waste. We build the source base of the future to ensure consumer needs around the globe are met flexibly and at scale.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our Product Supply Chain team is looking for interns who are curious about how products are made and delivered globally and are excited to use AI-driven insights to support our global supply chain network. You'll help drive innovation across manufacturing, sourcing, and product delivery while contributing to a more agile, scalable, and sustainable future supply chain.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact.  These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.

As a Product Supply Chain Footwear & Apparel Graduate Intern, you will have an opportunity to work with one of the following:

Influence Nike's Nike By You Operations Through:

  • Supporting on-demand footwear customization and manufacturing capabilities that bring personalized products to athletes around the world.
  • Leveraging data, technology, and AI-driven insights to improve manufacturing responsiveness, operational efficiency, and the consumer customization experience.

Shape Nike's Global Sourcing Strategy Through:

  • Analyzing supplier capabilities, manufacturing networks, and sourcing opportunities across Footwear, Apparel, and Materials.
  • Applying data and AI-driven insights to strengthen supply chain resilience, accelerate innovation, and support long-range sourcing and capacity decisions.

Protect the Athlete* Experience Through Product Integrity:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve product quality, compliance, and consumer experience risks.
  • Supporting data analysis, risk assessments, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive product excellence and protect the Nike brand.

Drive Supply Chain Excellence Through Delivery Excellence:

  • Supporting initiatives that improve how products move through Nike's global supply chain, from manufacturing to marketplace delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an MBA or Master’s degree program in Engineering Management, Supply

Skills:

  • Passionate about Nike brand products and consumers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Skilled with analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc). Python/R, or other programming languages are a plus
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science through coursework, research, or other means preferred
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling stories that influence decision-making at multiple levels across the supply chain organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinker with an enterprise mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing demands
  • Proven ability to proactively work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources 
  • Supply Chain operations and retail industry knowledge is a plus
