We're looking for Claims Technicians to join the team at our Head Office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth £29,570.79- £33,929.90

We are recruiting across a range of teams, including:

• Drainage Team – handling drainage-related claims.
• Water Team – handling water-related claims.
• Premier Team – handling with high-net-worth claims.
• Complex Team – handling claims that require licensing or enabling works.

Financials

• Salary between  £25,896.48- £29,791.37 dependant upon experience.
  
• Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500 
• 5.5% Pension Contribution 

Working Hours

• Full Time – 37.5hrs per week

The Role

• Handle drainage and water mains insurance claims on behalf of a wide range of insurers, from standard policies through to premium cover.
• Act as a dedicated point of contact, building strong relationships and delivering a tailored service throughout the claims journey
• Assess the liability of claims, and create proposals and quotes for on-site works
• Ensure claims are handled promptly and smoothly, whilst maintaining an elevated standard of customer care and communication
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors as needed, keeping clients and customers updated and reassured at every stage
• Anticipate client expectations and go the extra mile to deliver a premium service experience

• A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
