About this role
Job Summary Provide support for accommodation, travel and facility setup services by maintaining clean, safe and welcoming spaces. Assist with setup, customer-facing tasks and routine maintenance to support daily operations. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Clean and prepare guest rooms, common areas and service facilities to established standards. Set up and dismantle event spaces and meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and equipment. Handle luggage, deliveries and storage of guest belongings and facility materials safely and securely. Assist guests or clients with routine inquiries and direct them to appropriate services or staff. Inspect facilities for maintenance issues, safety hazards and supply shortages, and report findings to supervisors. Maintain inventory and proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Requirements Secondary school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, housekeeping or customer service is an asset. Physically able to perform duties such as lifting, carrying, bending and standing for extended periods. Effective verbal communication skills in English or French; bilingualism considered an asset. Knowledge of and ability to follow health, safety and sanitation procedures and to operate cleaning equipment safely. Reliable, punctual and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks, including flexible shift assignments when required.
