What you'll do
- Lead the site's digital transformation roadmap, driving adoption of technologies that support Industry 4.0, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver and optimise digital manufacturing solutions, including MES, Industrial IoT, analytics, automation, and connected worker technologies.

About the role
The Site Digital Lead is responsible for driving digital transformation across the manufacturing site, leading the adoption of digital technologies that improve productivity, quality, safety, compliance, and sustainability. Working closely with site and global teams across Digital, IT, Engineering, and Supply, the role delivers scalable digital manufacturing solutions, including MES, Industrial IoT, automation, and data analytics. The Site Digital Lead owns the site's digital roadmap, ensuring solutions are implemented securely, sustainably, and in line with global standards while supporting Reckitt's Industry 4.0 ambitions.
Your responsibilities
