Raytheon is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Sr. Coordinator to support leaders in the Naval Standard Missile Systems portfolio. This role manages complex calendars, orchestrates meetings and events, drives executive communications, coordinates stakeholder engagement, and maintains documentation and travel/expense workflows. Success requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organization in a fast-paced environment.

**This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility.

**Relocation assistance is NOT available

Will You Will Do:

  • Own executive calendars and priorities across the NSMS organization; anticipate and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive executive communications: triage emails, flag priority actions, and ensure timely, clear information flow to leaders and teams.
  • Orchestrate meetings and events (virtual and in-person): scheduling, agendas, speakers, rooms/Zoom/Teams, catering, A/V, recordings/breakouts, and minutes/action tracking.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and the admin network to enable cross-functional alignment.
  • Prepare and proof administrative executive materials including agendas, briefings, correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Manage travel and expenses: arrange domestic/international travel (air/hotel/transportation), ensure compliance and documentation, and process expense reports/invoices promptly.
  • Maintain shared documentation and digital workspaces (distribution lists, shared files, Teams channels, org charts, sites) to keep information accurate, organized, and current.
  • Deliver operational excellence—professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and independent follow‑through; minimal domestic travel may be required (up to 10%).

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced to expert level experience using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Professional administrative experience supporting a senior leader.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience booking travel and working with expense reports in Concur.
  • Experience with Microsoft CoPilot.
  • Professional experience supporting multiple executive leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
