What We Offer

  • Compensation: Anticipated salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 per year. The salary range listed is an estimate and is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

  • Master's Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies
  • Urology and/or Critical Care experience 3+ years (preferred) 
  • Current California Registered Nurse license 
  • California Nurse Practitioner License 
  • California Nurse Practitioner Furnishing License within 6 months of hire 
  • DEA within 6 months of hire 
  • National Nurse Practitioner Board Certification through accrediting body 
  • Current Basic Life Support 
  • EMR / computer skills 
  • 2+ year commitment preferred
