Job Summary:

CommunityCare Mount Pleasant, in Scranton, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.

Job Duties:

CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program. CommunityCare Mount Pleasant is located in Wilkes-Barre, approximately 2 hours northwest of Philadelphia.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  

• Able to treat all age ranges (pediatric (birth) to geriatric) required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Ability to provide direct patient care, education, and clinical documentation in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse patient populations.
