What you'll do

  • Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care.
  • Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics).
  • Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices.

  • Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance program performance and patient outcomes.

  • Cooperation with all teams on obtaining and maintaining additional licensure, and SteadyMD or program specific credentialing requirements as needed.
  • Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and quality review of other clinicians.
  • Interview, hire, onboard, train, and mentor clinical staff.
  • Lead or support clinical programs, protocols, and care pathways.

Position Summary: 

As a Staff Clinician at SteadyMD, you will be at the forefront of our clinical operations, providing patient-centered, timely access to care across multiple programs. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care, flexibility, strong clinical acumen, collaborative spirit, a growth mindset and leadership skills to support the success of our programs. Position Overview:

  • Role: Staff Nurse Practitioner
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • 40 hours a week - some weekends and evenings
  • Compensation Range: $100K - $120K annually

Key Responsibilities: 

Clinical Duties

    • Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure.

    • Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and quality review of other clinicians. 
    • Interview, hire, onboard, train, and mentor clinical staff. 
    • Lead or support clinical programs, protocols, and care pathways. 
    • Participate in required meetings, committees, and organizational initiatives. 
    • Contribute to policy, compliance, credentialing, and clinical governance. 

People and Administrative Support

    • Support performance management and clinical escalations. 
    • Carry administrative and program management responsibilities as assigned.
