NX Modelling & Routing Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:

· Education qualification: BE in Mech/EEE/EI/ECE/Mechatronics

· Tools: UG NX 10.0

· PLM: Teamcenter

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Should understand & interpret the Electrical terminologies, Schematics, wiring diagrams linked to the 3D Wiring Harness assemblies.

· Selection and packaging/positioning the routing components into the Higher-level assemblies.

· Link the Circuit connections & Components mapping per Schematic into 3D Wiring Harness assemblies.

· Can Create Solid and Surface Models as per standards

· Can perform 3D Wiring Harness routing and Installation per standard requirement.

· Can generate 2D wiring Harness flatten/Formboard drawing.

· Hands-on experience in Packaging and integration of components

· Hands-on experience in understanding of planning and coordination of Electrical Integration activities for cross functions.

· Should be able to prepare installation documents post approval of reviews

· Adhere to process checkpoints to ensure design standards are followed

· Driving continuous improvement of system, Product and Processes.

· Demonstrate ability to deliver results while working on multiple Projects / tasks simultaneously, balancing time and quality effectively

· Collaborate with auxiliary functional teams, to ensure project execution for product delivering to customer requirements

· Can investigate & perform the tasks on top-down assemblies.

Required Skills:

· Good interpersonal skills, Communication skills, presentation skills and Team player

· Sound knowledge in Electrical Schematic, wiring harness Design components & Circuits, layouts and Installation

· Proficient in use of UG NX 10 and Teamcenter TcE 11.

· Proficient in Product Life cycle Management tools (Document Change and release Management)

· Sound knowledge in harness routing & Electrical safety standards.
