- Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Configure O9 platform features, including attribute hierarchies, granularity settings, aggregation logic, measures, and data flows.
- Design and configure planning workflows for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and IBP.
- Customize reports, dashboards, and visualizations using O9’s design layout and reporting tools.
- Validate data loads, data transformations, and end-to-end data flows from source systems to O9 UI outputs.
- Support testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, data validation, and scenario testing.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, debug configurations, and resolve planning-related defects.
- Document functional designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and operational procedures.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, data engineers, and project managers to ensure solution quality and timeliness.

Position Summary
The O9 Functional Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support of the O9 Digital platform for supply chain planning.
