  • Manage the referral process for specialty consultations, including scheduling, tracking, and confirming patient attendance.
  • Correspond with patients via letters and perform follow-up calls as needed.

Position Objective:

Detail-oriented Obstetrical Coordinator to manage obstetrical benefits, patient contracts, payments, appointments scheduling, EDC lists, and insurance payment audits for pregnancy services.

Essential Job Duties:

1.      Verify obstetrical benefits and coverage for patients.

2.      Generate patient contracts in adherence to insurance guidelines.

3.      Assist patients in accessing financial aid programs and comprehending their insurance benefits.

4.      Coordinate patient access to Centering, doula services, and other support resources.
