What you'll do
- Evaluate patients to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy to improve independence, daily living skills, fine motor coordination, and overall function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on changing needs and physician orders.
- Communicate patient progress, changes in condition, and safety concerns to physicians and the care team.
- Coordinate adaptive equipment and specialized devices, including custom splints when needed.
- Provide guidance and supervision to COTAs, Home Health Aides, and other clinical staff involved in patient care.

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
Evaluate patients to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
