To ensure that the professional standards and ethics, as set out by the College of Occupational Therapists (COT) and Health Professions Council (HPC), and Alternative Futures Group ltd Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
As an Occupational therapist in one of our Independent Hospitals you will lead on providing effective and evidence-based interventions within Level one rehabilitation/recovery setting. Lea Court supports adults of a working age on their recovery journey to independence. You will work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team and although you will be autonomous as an OT, you will be part of a team of six OT’s and will receive peer support both face to face and virtually and have Clinical supervision monthly.
Main Job Purpose

- To provide specialist advice and support to other departments, professionals, and families / carers.
- To contribute to the evaluation and continued development of the Occupational Therapy Service to ensure we deliver a contemporary model to achieve quality outcomes for our patients
£18.22 (£35,510 per annum) – preceptorship Nurse / OT (Not casual nurses as we can only take on casual nurses who have complete their preceptorship)
£19.57 (£38,147 per annum) – Completed preceptorship and upto 2 years post preceptorship experience
£22.27 (£43,419 per annum) – 2 years or more post qualification experience
Qualifications: Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council. Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy
This Role is Band II as per our Banding Structure.
