October Stock Preparation Casual (Event Assistant)

• Location: 42 Raymond Ave, Matraville, NSW 2036
• Dates: Tuesday 6 – Wednesday 28 October 2026 (rotating roster)
• Hours: 8AM–4PM
• Pay: $34.76/hour + super

About the role

We're looking for reliable, hands-on casuals to join the stock preparation team ahead of upcoming pop-up events for a leading luxury retail brand. This is physical, fast-paced logistics work in a warehouse-style setting — perfect for someone who's organised, works well in a team, and doesn't mind being on their feet all day.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, sorting, and preparing stock ahead of upcoming events
• General warehouse logistics and organisation
• Following instructions accurately to meet tight prep deadlines
• Working as part of a small team to keep the process moving efficiently

Requirements

• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes required — this is an active, on-your-feet role
• Previous experience with stock prep, warehouse, or event logistics highly regarded
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the rostered days
• Able to commute directly to the Matraville warehouse each shift at your own arrangement
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available across the rostered October dates (Week 1: Tue–Fri, Week 2: Mon–Thu, Week 3: Mon–Fri, Week 4: Mon–Wed)
