- Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational matters of the Singapore office
- Handle office documentation, records, licenses, and other general administrative tasks
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisers, government authorities, and external service providers when required
- Support basic accounting and financial administration, including expense settlement, documentation, and reporting
- Prepare and maintain relevant company and operational documents
- Coordinate with regional management and the Korea headquarters on administrative and operational matters
- Ensure the office is well-organized, compliant, and running smoothly
- Handle other administrative and operational tasks as required

Our client is a well-established Korean multinational company with a long-standing presence in Singapore. The Singapore office operates with a lean and highly independent structure, providing an opportunity for a reliable and responsible professional to take ownership of the office’s day-to-day operations.
The office is located in the northern part of Singapore, close to the Malaysia border. Candidates are expected to be comfortable with the location and the commute.
This is a stable, long-term position with a high degree of independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and coordinating with management and external partners when required.
