About Hanbury Strategy

The role

We have a brilliant, high performing Operations Team that helps our consultants deliver client excellence. You will play a key part in supporting our London office, working alongside the Office Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations and customer experience.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our office remains a welcoming and efficient environment for both team members and visitors, partnering with and supporting all our internal teams and stakeholders at Hanbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to get into an office environment (or already experienced in a similar operational role), is a great communicator, and likes to build relationships. This role will be extremely busy with no two days the same. You will work incredibly closely with the wider team and have a proactive attitude. For this role, you will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Answering phone calls

  • Booking meeting rooms and setting them up for visitors

  • Organising and dealing with all postal and courier duties

  • Organising catering and liaising with relevant suppliers

  • Ensuring the office and kitchen area are kept fully stocked with key supplies

  • Helping the Operations Team with any ad hoc tasks, such as sourcing new suppliers or obtaining quotes
