Office Coordinator

Full-Time  |  Logistics  |  South Bend, IN

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: Onsite at our South Bend, IN facility

  • Compensation: Starting at $19 an hour (depending on experience)

  • Travel: Occasional (e.g., Office Coordinator summits)

Join our team as an Office Coordinator and become a key player in ensuring smooth operations at our South Bend distribution center. We're looking for someone who is sharp, proactive, and ready to make an impact by supporting HR functions, office administration, and operational logistics, all while keeping our team informed, engaged, and productive.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.

You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally. Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
