Office Manager and Compliance Coordinator - Thatcham (near Newbury) | Full Time | 37.5 Hours - £45,000 Office based 5 days a week

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager who can bring structure, energy and organisation to a busy and varied workplace. You'll be confident working with a wide range of personalities and communication styles, building strong relationships across the business while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This is a diverse role with responsibility for both site and group compliance, making attention to detail, accountability and a proactive approach essential. You'll be someone who naturally takes ownership, uses initiative and enjoys finding solutions rather than waiting for direction.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day office function
• Supporting the management of the Sales, Administration, Purchasing and Credit Control teams
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Monitoring processes and helping drive operational efficiency
• Coordinating compliance, quality and safety activities
• Supporting audits, training and Health & Safety initiatives
• Undertaking reviews and 1:1's with staff
• Ensuring high standards are maintained across the business
• Occasional site visits to Kent

What we're looking for:

• Previous Office Management or senior administration and compliance experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience within compliance, quality or food manufacturing environments would be an advantage
