Full description from employer

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. Finance, accounting, sales, and operations, unified in one system for the first time.

We're growing 5x year over year with a small team in New York City; the people who join now will shape the product, the culture, and the company itself.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a part-time Office Manager to own one half of our day — either the morning or the evening — and make sure our office runs smoothly, warmly, and without anyone having to think about it.

We work a long day here, so we run two Office Manager shifts that hand off cleanly in the middle of the day. You'd own your half completely: the space, the food, the front desk, the vibe — while your counterpart owns the other. You overlap for a 30-minute handoff each day, and you back each other up.

This is a genuinely part-time role built for full-time output.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN (varies slightly by shift)

Morning shift

  • Open the office and get it ready for the day

  • Coordinate and run the lunch order

  • Keep kitchens, fridges, and snack cabinets stocked

  • Handle morning front-of-house: greet early guests, on-site candidates, and deliveries

  • Flag anything that needs attention before the afternoon handoff

Evening shift

  • Pick up from the midday handoff and keep things running through the evening

  • Coordinate team dinners

  • Handle evening front-of-house and manage any after-hours guests or vendors

  • Close down the office: tidy common areas, secure the space, handle end-of-day building/vendor needs

Shared, across both shifts

  • General office administration and supply management

  • Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for the team during your hours

  • Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed during your shift

  • Partner closely with the other Office Manager for handoffs and coverage
