This is a permanent, part-time position based onsite in our West Middlesex, PA office. The role averages 15 to 20 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule within business operating hours Tuesday - Thursday.   Compensation is targeted at $15 to $20 per hour, with final pay determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Overview

The Office Manager plays an important role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and well-run workplace at our West Middlesex office. This position oversees day-to-day office operations while providing administrative support to Human Resources and helping bring employee experience and engagement initiatives to life.

 

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and service-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, build strong relationships, and confidently collaborate with employees, leaders, vendors, visitors, and building management. This role is a part-time position requiring on-site support 3 days a week totaling about 15-20 hours.

Responsibilities

Office Management

Qualifications

 Education, Licenses, and Certifications
