Office & Project Opportunities 

Horsham | 7-Month FTC | Remote/ Hybrid Working 

We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation in the Horsham area, who are looking to bring a number of talented individuals into their team on an initial 7-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for their next role with a reputable organisation, while gaining valuable experience working on projects that have a genuine impact within the local community. 

With opportunities across Project Administration / PA, Outreach Coordination, Monitoring & Evaluation and Finance Administration, there are several ways to bring your existing skills into an organisation where the work you do has a wider purpose. 

 

The Roles 

Project Administrator/PA (Remote) £32,500pa equivalent 
  • Support projects & senior management 

    • Coordinate meetings, actions & deadlines 

    • Maintain project documentation & records 

    • Prepare reports & provide general admin support 

    • Liaise with teams & stakeholders 


Outreach Coordinator (Remote) £27,500pa equivalent 
  • Coordinate outreach activity across the local area

    • Build relationships with community groups & organisations

    • Identify new outreach & engagement opportunities

    • Coordinate events & activities 

 

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Remote) £27,500pa equivalent 
  • Monitor project targets, KPIs & progress 

    • Collect & analyse project data

    • Identify trends, issues & areas for improvement

    • Prepare reports & regular dashboards 

    • Provide updates to senior management 

 

Part time Finance Administrator (Hybrid) £19,400pa equivalent 
  • Process invoices & financial transactions 

    • Monitor project income & expenditure

    • Complete reconciliations & maintain accurate records

    • Monitor budgets & flag any issues 

    • Support financial reporting & grant requirements

    • Xero experience beneficial
