Based in Brisbane, the role will provide coordination and customer service for accommodation, flights and bussing supporting our mining operations. This is a Monday to Friday position with an on-call requirement every four weeks, with minimal after-hours activity typically expected. Occasional site travel may also be required. ## What You’ll Do - Coordinate flights, bussing and accommodation bookings across a designated portfolio, supporting the Supervisor and wider business. - Maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to short-term and medium-term planning, identifying service requirements and operational risks. - Ensure quality control standards and established processes are consistently followed. - Manage transport and accommodation disruptions, minimising operational impacts. - Support continuous improvement through effective processes, training and collaboration across the team. ## What You’ll Bring - Experience with INX SAM Suite (SAM and Workflow) and Uplift platform is preferred. - Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail, particularly in data entry. - Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to managing unplanned events. ## Why Whitehaven? - Enjoy a competitive salary package with salary-sacrificing options, including local living benefits and novated leases. - Access generous benefits such as 26 weeks paid parental leave and a $4,000 employee referral bonus. - Take advantage of a wide range of employee discounts on groceries, fuel, fashion, entertainment, and more. - Grow your career with ongoing development opportunities, mentorship, and professional coaching.
