About this role
We would like to hire a Store-officer to take care of all Inventory on day-to-day related tasks. He/She will be responsible for both receipt and issuance along with all inventory management and reconciliation tasks.
Ultimately, His/Her responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day inventory transactions of our company.
Your responsibilities:
• Maintain day to day Inventory transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions with physical receipt of material.
• Manage inventory in FIFO basis.
• Efficient in utilization of Manpower in store area & handling casual workers team for different store activities.
• Prepare various documentation related to - Kaizen, 5S, KPI etc
Skill sets/Experience we require:
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP.
• Solid understanding of basic functions of stores.
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with dedication.
