Offset Printing Specialist (m/f/d)

• Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules
• Adjust ink levels, paper feed, plate alignment, and register to ensure proper print quality
• Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments for optimal output
• Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow
• Conduct quality checks on printed or finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• Follow job instructions, work orders, and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations, delays, or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
• Support team members and shift activities to meet overall production goals

• Willingness to relocate (headquarters: 93426 Roding)
• Experience in operating offset printing presses
• Vocational training or certification in printing technology is preferred
• Familiarity with secure print protocols and ISO standards
• Solid understanding of ink, paper, color theory, and press mechanics
• Ability to interpret layouts and technical printing instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Basic computer skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
