What you'll do
- Lead merchandising for OG’s surface - deciding what’s featured, how it’s packaged, and how it evolves in real time
- Bring instincts deeply in tune with sports, politics, and real-world events, paired with fluency in how a prediction market trades, to make OG’s surface feel current and alive at every moment
- Operate with autonomy - proposing and making the calls on what’s featured, how it’s packaged, and what comes off the board
- Work closely with Product and Market Liquidity and Operations to keep the surface moving as fast as the moment does
