OMB Tax Associate Director

Joining as a Tax Director, you will take on the full range of responsibilities in supporting the partners, namely, providing the full range of tax advisory services to your portfolio of owner managed mid- market businesses. This will involve the management and development of the quality team, building team skills and mentoring and coaching to achieve work delivery of a consistently high standard. You will establish strong working relationships with your clients and be confident around providing advice on areas such as business restructuring, succession planning, loan relationships and corporate groups. Some exposure to international tax issues would be an advantage. You will ideally have gained a strong corporate tax background gained in the OMB/SME sector in a similar role, have strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation.
