On Trade Sales Representative (Attica/Cyclades)

Position Purpose

 

The On Trade Sales Representative (Attica/Cyclades) will be responsible for executing the sales strategy at POS/POC in his/her territory. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Sign off the targeted N/L deals.
• Manage the Agreed N/L budget
• Able to choose the right outlets from his territory to work on.
• Develop excellent commercial relationships with his/her customer to maximize profitable sales (Night outlets).
• Follows daily route plan and reporting papers.
• Execute and monitor merchandising activities at POC.
• Ensure consistency from company’s Commercial Policy & Price Strategy.
• Transfer orders.
• Increase distribution of our brands.
• Cooperate with Trade Marketing on brand promotion nights.
• Report back to sales / Trade Marketing competitive activity/ any opportunities for growth.
• Implementing sell-out activities.
• Strong merchandising culture.
• Be committed on the agreed.

 

The ideal candidate

• University Degree (ideally Commercial).
• 2-4 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional presence.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to take initiative.
• Accountability & Responsibility.
• Basic English.
• Team player.
• Valid driving license.
