About the role
We're looking for someone to own how our brands and founders show up in the market. You'll lead brand, communications and video - and the social team that distributes it - across ValueCoders, PixelCrayons and Workstatus.
Put simply: you make our founders and companies known, trusted and talked about, and you turn that attention into real business.
What we'd expect from you
- Make our founders visible - build their personal brands and publish content people actually want to read and watch.
- Own the brand voice and story for each company, and keep it consistent everywhere.
- Get us featured and talked about - press, podcasts, bylines, and increasingly in AI answers and reviews.
- Build a real video and podcast habit - customer stories, case studies, explainers - shot and edited fast.
- Lead the social team so everything we create actually reaches the right people, and grow our own communities.
- Build and mentor a small team (a content/execution person and a video person), and work closely with SEO, content and sales.
The profile we're looking for
- Around 8-10 years in brand, content or communications - ideally B2B, SaaS or IT/tech services.
- A genuine storyteller who has built a founder's or company's presence and grown a real audience.
- Comfortable with video end to end - you can plan, shoot and edit, or lead someone who does.
- Good instincts for PR and social, and curious about how AI search is changing visibility.
- A calm, hands-on leader who can run a small team and get things shipped.
- Someone who thinks in outcomes and pipeline, not just posts and views.
