Job Description: Primary School Teacher (Grades 1–5) – Online

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online classes for students of Grades 1 to 5.
• Act as a mother teacher and handle all academic and classroom responsibilities.
• Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
• Ensure active participation and engagement of students during sessions.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Work Timings

• Morning Shift: 09:05 AM – 02:05 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 12:35 PM – 05:35 PM

Compensation

• Gross Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Take-Home Salary (with PF): ₹21,200
• Take-Home Salary (without PF): ₹22,500

Class Details

• Class Strength: 20 to 30 students per class

Required Skills

• Experience in online teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Zoom or similar tools
• Ability to engage and manage young learners effectively
• Good classroom management skills in a virtual setup

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred with teaching background)
• Must have a laptop
• Stable internet connection and Wi-Fi facility
