What you'll do

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Through this Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT), you will gain practical experience supporting end-user technologies and workplace services within a professional enterprise environment.

As an Onsite Engineer Trainee, you will work alongside experienced IT support professionals to provide technical assistance, desktop support, and workplace technology services for enterprise users. This traineeship offers hands-on exposure to hardware and software troubleshooting, device deployment, user support, IT service management, and enterprise support operations.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, customer service, and solving technical problems while developing a strong foundation for a career in IT infrastructure and end-user computing support.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
