Prospect Capital

Founded in 1988, Prospect Capital is an alternative asset management firm with $9.4B+ of assets under management, including permanent capital. Operating Executive Program

As an Operating Executive with Prospect, you will collaborate with our investment team to identify and pursue attractive acquisition opportunities across the U.S. Following a successful transaction, you will step into the role of President & CEO of the acquired company, taking full ownership of strategy and operations.

 

In this capacity, you will be accountable for overall P&L performance, designing and executing growth initiatives, and leading the company’s day-to-day operations. As the senior-most executive within the business, you will partner closely with Prospect and the company’s board of directors, playing a central role in shaping the company’s long-term direction and value creation.

 

Qualifications:
