What you'll do
- Vehicle Health Monitoring - Daily checks on fleet condition (roadworthiness, maintenance, defects); log findings for driver/subcontractor follow-up.
- Vehicle Fines Management - Track incoming fines (speeding, parking, ERP), verify against driver/vehicle records, and coordinate follow-up or disputes.
- Ops On-Time Rate (OTR) Monitoring - Track daily OTR across delivery/installation routes; flag routes trending below target.
- Job Sequence Compliance - Check drivers are following assigned job/delivery sequence; identify and log deviations.
- Delay Job Follow-Up - Monitor at-risk/delayed jobs, follow up with drivers/dispatch, and track through to closure.
- Daily Reporting - Submit a daily report on vehicle health, fines, OTR, sequence compliance, and delay follow-ups, with clear action items.
- Explore and pilot AI tools to speed up monitoring and reporting (e.g. automating data pulls, flagging anomalies, drafting reports); share recommendations with the team.
