Operations Assistant

Location: Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Near TF10 9AT
Salary: Pay up to £25,846.71  per annum plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Full time - 39 hours per week, flexible to work different shifts including early, late, weekend and bank holiday shifts.

As an Operations Assistant in our Lilleshall National Sports Centre team, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming and well-run environment where customers can enjoy high-quality leisure services. You’ll support the day-to-day operation of the centre while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Your work has purpose, helping people stay active, healthy and engaged in their community. From maintaining safe facilities to supporting programmed activities, you’ll play an important role in creating positive experiences and making a positive impact on communities. What you’ll do as an Operations Assistant
