What you'll do

  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the tracking and monitoring of capital improvement projects (CIP), including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and project status updates.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and support decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.
  • Assist and learn from other departments.
  • Sorting non-conformance material and quality inspections.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., PLEX) is a plus.
