  • To act as first point of contact and offer an excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including on-site operational support as per business need ensuring effective signposting to other business areas as required.
  • Act as a liaison, working with the Division Operations Manager, between NHS and UoM teams to resolve requests and queries effectively.
  • Provide support to the Senior Administrator with the delivery of key processes and projects across all areas including People, Finance and Estates in order to ensure the smooth running of the business area.
  • Manage competing priorities and work to deadlines, when necessary, in order to ensure operational activity is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Support the maintenance of data on electronic systems associated with academic activities and related University exercises.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused individual to join our team as a Divisional Administrator within the School of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of divisional operations across the University's Oxford Road campus and Wythenshawe Hospital, supporting academic, clinical and operational activity within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for:
