What you'll do

  • Materials management – planning delivery of required materials to shopfloor for all Pharm Ops production campaigns, transfer request of materials on time to meet the production schedule. Escalation of any material issues pre-campaign as part of the production planning.
  • Equipment management - Supports day to day production activity on the shopfloor to ensure equipment available for campaigns, downtime minimised, and production schedule realised.
  • Data Integrity lead for Operations
  • Leads small improvement projects in production to deliver IPT targets using appropriate Lean tools including the implementation of turnaround improvements, reduction of process variability, and waste elimination
  • Provide support for Pharm Ops Model Areas including 12-week sprint initiatives in constraint modules.
  • Operations Digital Visual Factory lead – focus on paperless operations and utilisation of Power BI, Spotfire, O365 tools, e-logs, eshopfloor to support digitisation
  • Management of standard work boards; update and creation where required
  • Commercialisation support - operationalisation of clinical and development campaigns and planning and supporting execution of any non-standard activities
  • Author Operations related Deviations. Provide Operational expertise on other ancillary deviations
  • GMP compliance – completion of factory walkdowns and closure of observations

  • Interest and experience in Digital tools an advantage (Power BI, Spotfire, O365 tools, eshopfloor etc)
  • SAP/MES knowledge/experience

What you will do:
