What you'll do
- To manage Utilities and Water/Wastewater treatment plant operations in meeting performance targets of reliability and availability complying fully with SOPs, GHSSE and all relevant regulatory requirements
- Liaise with customer working team to ensure off-spec influent is managed effectively
- In charge of Utilities and Water / Wastewater treatment plant by monitoring process parameters, managing plant logistics and working with maintenance to ensure plant equipment is maintained to assure reliability
- Water and wastewater treatment plant optimization
- Supervise a team of technicians to ensure effective performance of the plant
- Review and implement SOPs, shift reports, and plant operating performance
- Enforce safety by ensuring safety equipment are inspected regularly by the shift technicians, and all jobs have been carried out in accordance with GHSSE and regulatory requirement.
- Support Cluster Head in developing and implementing AOP for customers.
- Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)
