What you'll do
- Ensure timely login of all vehicles in the fleet.
- Monitor and track vehicle movement throughout the shift.
- Interact regularly with drivers to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
- Obtain and update real-time operational information.
- Prepare and update daily operations reports for each shift.
- Manage documentation for cars, drivers, and office records.
- Allocate vehicles to drivers as per operational requirements.
- Follow up on vehicles sent for service or maintenance.
- Verify, collect, and maintain driver documentation.
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers to support smooth operations.
- Handle shift handovers and ensure proper updates to shift leads.
- Facilitate driver training and readiness for operational deployment.
