About this role
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined intern to support our Operations team. You will play a hands-on role in reviewing retailer-submitted invoices, verifying their accuracy, and helping ensure that points awarded through our loyalty programme are correctly earned and recorded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review invoices uploaded by retailers and verify them for completeness and accuracy.
- Check that the system has correctly categorised each invoice against programme guidelines.
- Ensure that points accrued are valid and consistent with the supporting invoice data.
- Flag irregularities, duplicate submissions, or potential fraud for review by senior team members.
- Maintain organised records of reviewed invoices and document any discrepancies found.
- Support the broader operations team with related administrative tasks as needed.

- Strong attention to detail — you catch errors and take pride in getting things right.
- Disciplined and reliable — you follow through on tasks and hold yourself to a high standard.
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured processes.
- Good written communication skills for documenting and reporting findings clearly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- A genuine eagerness to learn and contribute within a professional team environment.
