You'll work closely with teams across departments to streamline our processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help drive operational excellence across our global markets.

🗓️ Your Day-to-Day as an Operations Intern

• Process Optimization: Support the team in mapping, documenting, and improving day-to-day workflows to make our operations more efficient and scalable.

• Project Coordination: Help coordinate cross-functional projects from kick-off to delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track.

• Operational Support: Assist with the daily running of the business, including managing tickets, following up on action items, and keeping internal documentation up to date.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Support communication with internal teams and external partners to keep operations moving smoothly.

• Data & Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and help keep our operational systems organized and reliable.

• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on operational KPIs to track performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Process: ClickUp for ticket and project management

• Data Analysis: Business Intelligence tools

• Documentation: Confluence, Google Workspace, and in-house tools

• Communication: Slack and internal collaboration platforms

💯 Fundamentals (Requirements)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program

• Available from September 2026 - February 2027

• Available for 5-6 months, for at least 32 hours per week

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Passionate about operations, processes, and continuous improvement

• Strong communicator, organized, and self-motivated
