As a US Executive Concierge Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to facilitate smooth operations within the organization. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, confirming that strategic initiatives and projects are tracked, managed, and reported effectively. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities, representing their point of view in meetings and decisions, and anticipating their future needs. You will organize leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, and promote consistent execution across sectors. Collaborating across lines of service for knowledge sharing and promoting technology/tools for sales and delivery will be essential. Responsibilities

- Managing and coordinating executive schedules and meetings to facilitate smooth operations
- Overseeing strategic initiatives and projects, confirming alignment with organizational goals
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supporting leadership by representing their perspectives in meetings and decision-making processes
- Organizing and facilitating leadership team calls and meetings to promote effective communication
- Conducting research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Promoting consistent execution across sectors and collaborating across lines of service
- Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and tools for enhanced sales and delivery
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor Degree or the equivalent degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Night-shift hours required
