What you'll do

  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work.
  • Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you.
  • Support the CBU Project Manager's and ISD three-year plan.
  • Clearly cascade business objectives with associated key performance indicators across the contracts
  • Ensure all contracts are appropriately organised as defined within the BMS,
  • Guarantee all commercial requirements of contracts are successfully completed.
  • Certify the efficient, accurate and timely reporting of CBU and contract performance in accordance with ISD requirements.
  • Provide positive leadership across the CBU and ISD, promoting Actavo’s core values,
  • Communicate internally on a regular basis with the CBU PM, regarding any appropriate issues.
  • Ensure that any formal notification, updates or correspondence that could potentially result in any detrimental consequence to any part of the business and or company reputation, from any client or official body, are immediately communicated to the CBU PM.
  • Make sure that all employees within the CBU are performance managed and developed in accordance with ISD procedures to ensure that individuals are SQEP for the roles they are undertaking.
  • Fully contribute towards the overall safe and successful business performance and growth of the ISD, ensuring full compliance with all company and ISD policies, and regulatory requirements as appropriate.

To lead and be accountable for the safe and successful performance and profitable growth of multiple contracts within the Industrial Scaffolding Division. The Operations Manager needs to be an integral and fully contributing member of the management team.

Responsibilities:
