Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team in Lutterworth.

As a DS Team Leader on our evening shift, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our Scanning Centre. Partnering with the DS Supervisor to plan, administer, monitor, and optimise operational performance, you will ensure seamless daily operations across Scanning, Indexing, Records Management, and Storage. Because this role operates during the evening with limited senior supervision outside of formal escalation routes, we need a confident decision-maker who can take the initiative. Experience in a contact centre, warehousing, or production background would be advantageous in hitting the ground running.


Key Accountabilities

  • Manage Scanning Centre operations across digitisation, receiving, warehousing, and distribution to achieve optimal space utilisation and operational performance.
