What you'll do

  • Serve as a key operational resource for hospitality technology systems, ensuring accurate setup, data integrity, functionality, and event readiness across POS, inventory, digital menu boards, Amazon Just Walk Out, and other venue technology platforms.
  • Manage and maintain digital menu boards, including menu items, pricing, promotions, and location-specific updates.
  • Support daily POS operations, including MyVenue location setup, updates, troubleshooting, and event closeouts.
  • Close out concession and premium locations in MyVenue following events and verify system information for accuracy.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with entering and maintaining stand sheets, product assignments, pricing, and operational information.
  • Prepare POS, inventory, digital menu board, and JWO systems prior to events to ensure all locations are operationally ready before gates open.
  • Perform event-day system checks and assist with troubleshooting technology issues throughout events.
  • Support Amazon Just Walk Out (JWO) and frictionless market setup, including product setup, system configuration, item and pricing data, location setup, testing, and operational readiness.
  • Assist with JWO troubleshooting, testing, and launch preparation while coordinating with internal teams, IT, vendors, and technology support.
  • Enter purchase orders and inventory orders into inventory management software.
  • Process inventory transfers and assign products to designated concession, premium, bar, and storage locations.
  • Assist with receiving, inventory counts, stocktakes, adjustments, product allocation, and reconciliation of system variances.

Operations Supervisor – Hospitality Systems & Technology

Responsible for supporting daily hospitality operations at Toyota Stadium with a primary focus on POS systems, digital menu boards, inventory software, Amazon Just Walk Out (JWO) technology, operational data, and event readiness. This position serves as a key operational resource for hospitality technology systems while assisting the Operations Manager with administrative, inventory, and event-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as a key operational resource for hospitality technology systems, ensuring accurate setup, data integrity, functionality, and event readiness across POS, inventory, digital menu boards, Amazon Just Walk Out, and other venue technology platforms.

· Manage and maintain digital menu boards, including menu items, pricing, promotions, and location-specific updates.

· Pull and organize sales, inventory, product movement, and operational reports for management.

· Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other operational tracking tools.

· Assist with identifying data discrepancies, system issues, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

· Work with IT, vendors, and technology providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

· Assist with testing and implementation of new hospitality technology, software, POS systems, and operational programs.

· Learn and utilize additional software platforms and technology as business needs evolve.

· Support FC Dallas, concerts, special events, and other Toyota Stadium events as needed.

· Adapt to different event types, menus, locations, and operating requirements.

· Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager and hospitality leadership team.

· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
