  • Experience developing presentations, communication materials, newsletters, social media content, or other digital communication projects through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or professional experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective content for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, multimedia production, photography, video editing, or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar platforms is preferred.

We are searching for the best talent for OPEx Communications Co-Op to be in Gurabo PR.

  • The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.
  • Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:

The Operational Excellence Communications & Employee Engagement COOP supports the tactical and operational execution of the Gurabo Site Communications Strategy.

Working in partnership with the Communications Team and cross-functional stakeholders, the CO-OP coordinates communication requests, content, calendars, internal channels, newsletters, Town Halls, audiovisual activities, employee engagement initiatives, communication metrics, repositories, and administrative workflows.

You will be responsible:

The position provides dedicated execution capacity that enables the Communications Team to maintain appropriate focus on communications strategy, governance, stakeholder alignment, leadership communications, organizational change, and continuous improvement.

The role contributes to clear, timely, consistent, and audience-appropriate communication across the Gurabo site while gaining practical experience in corporate communications, project coordination, employee engagement, digital tools, analytics, branding, stakeholder management, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications / Requirements:
