CONTEXT

As part of Global Technology, Global Support Functions Applications (GSFA) aims to act as the trusted technology partner to the Finance, HR, and legal Departments. Its mission is to support and accelerate the transformation, modernization and standardization of their business processes and systems.

Key Missions of the GSFA Department:

• Deploy the systems selected by the business partners, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.

• Maintain, enhance, and continuously improve existing applications to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

• Own and safeguard the defined core models, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.

GSFA has a RUN direction, in which there is the ERP Run Team that has the responsibility of Production delivery, support and enhancements for ERP Oracle ebusiness suite (called SAXO), and others applications (Basware, Jenji, GoAnywhere etc.)

• ORACLE eBusiness Suite R12.2.5 (upgrade to 12.2.14 ongoing) includes the AP, AR, FA, GL, bank reconciliation (Elsy RB). The application is deployed in 24 countries (Asia, Hispanic Americas and Europe), in more than 110 operational entities and with around 1000 users. The infrastructure of the application is on the Oracle Could Infrastructure (OCI)

SAXO is a business-critical application in charge of the payment operations for Edenred external stakeholders (clients, merchants).

In this context, the ERP Run team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional ERP Oracle professional to oversee our ERP Oracle ebusiness suite.

The Functional expert will report to the ERP Run Manager in the Technology direction

YOUR ROLE

Edenred is looking for an Oracle E-business Suite functional expert to be accountable for the service delivery and functional maintenance of Finance applications & product assigned to the team.

Your missions:

• Manage releases: check documentation, testing before approval

• Follow, propose and challenge improvements of the solution, business and accounting

• Participate on complex corrective maintenance issues and build all necessary action plans

• Be a link with project team to secure quality all along the process : validate design, guide non regression testing, validate documentation, participate in transfer to support.

• Supervise system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training and documentation when needed

• Communication with our users

• Collaborate with technical teams, functionals, and stakeholders to ensure Oracle EBS solutions align with organizational goals.

• Coordinate and challenge external contractors and especially the main company in charge of the TMA

You will be a mandatory validation gate of all functional and some technical changes happening on the platforms, ensure service continuity and support for the maintenance in operational condition (MCO).

You will be involved in the Architecture, Security, Audit, GDPR, Compliance and internal policies requirements. 

Here are some examples of your tasks:

• Validate CORE specifications to detect any consistency breach

• Assist, challenge and provide recommendations for the design of the projects

• Validate implementation approaches submitted by the other teams in consideration with best practices (out-of-the-box functionalities, existing solutions, respect Oracle standard and Support way to work, architecture standards…)

• Become the go to person within RUN organization for design related topics about the ERP solution

• Validate access and some referential requests

• Update internal processes, communicate, share, and make sure they are well-known and enforced.

YOUR PROFILE

Profile: Technical consultant on Oracle E-Business Suite, you identify with the following description:

MUST :

• Expertise in Oracle EBS Financials modules: proven strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 application management, setup, implementation, customization and support, in international context.

• Ability to understand customer business flows / business context

• Accounting understanding

• Problem solving with logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

NICE TO :

• SQL knowledge and Oracle EBS data model will be appreciated

• Master level education

• Curious and motivated, you will integrate a dynamic team in a changing, demanding and challenging context. You want to take part of an ambitious and stimulating adventure
