As an Oracle FDI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to transform data into actionable insights, focusing on data collection, cleansing, transformation, modeling, visualization, and analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Machine Learning.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Oracle data and analytics solutions to optimize client operations
- Managing data collection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling using Oracle tools
- Guiding teams in the development and deployment of data visualization and analysis projects
- Utilizing Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator to derive actionable insights
- Overseeing data quality improvement plans and confirming data security compliance
- Coaching team members to enhance their skills in data-driven consulting and analysis
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging data to achieve strategic objectives
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members effectively
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to improve project outcomes
- Upholding professional and technical standards while mentoring junior staff

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Understanding of Fusion Data Intelligence, FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing Oracle Data Integration and Oracle Golden Gate tools
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Embracing change and innovation in technology solutions
- Developing skills in strategic questioning and analytical thinking
