Job Purpose
Ensure all wholesale customer orders are processed and delivered on time by meeting service level targets, communicating with customers about order status, and resolving any issues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse and order operations.
- Process customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure service delivery targets are met.
- Assist customers & warehouse staff with inquiries, discrepancies, and order-related issues.
- Support delivery scheduling, loading verification, and route assignments.
Education:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Job-related Experience:
- Product Knowledge.
- Experience with order processing & and dispatch.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
