  • Manage and process customer orders accurately through internal order management systems.
  • Handle pharmacy-related orders, ensuring medicines and healthcare products are processed as per established procedures.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Executive with 1–4 years of experience, preferably within the pharmacy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical retail industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, from order processing and inventory coordination to dispatch, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription-related order processes, medicine availability, and customer requirements. This role requires excellent coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
